Available Positions:

Quality Control/Welding Inspector

Position: Full-Time

Responsibilities include:

Inspection and certification of welds as specified in the IPEC quality control program, and ensuring that employees are adhering to the established QC procedures.

Duties will include:
Examination, boroscoping and recording weld information
In-process visual examination of piping assemblies
Reviewing content of weld logs for accuracy
Organization of supporting mill certificates
Maintenance of QC inspection checklist forms
Inspection of raw materials
Inspection purchased tanks
Riboflavin testing of tanks
Recording of pressure tests
Maintaining welder continuity log
Certification of IPEC welders to IPEC ASME weld procedures
Slope mapping
Maintaining calibration certificates for test instruments
Maintaining shop test area with the help of shop personnel
Developing new and maintaining existing QC procedures

The ideal candidate will:
Have completed a post-high school welding program
Have a minimum of 2 years experience directly related to welding sanitary assemblies
Have successfully passed a Certified Welding Inspection (CWI) and/or SNT-TC-IA level II course
Possess good organizational and basic computer skills

Mechanical Engineer

Position: Full-Time

Responsibilities Include:
Generation of process flow diagrams
Specification of equipment for procurement
Review of system drawings created by the Design Department
Coordination of project budgeting, scheduling, engineering, design, fabrication, and testing.
Working closely with Project Managers, Designers, Suppliers, Fabricators, and Customers to
Engineers spend the majority of their time in-house, but are expected to travel as needed for project site activities.

Ideal Candidate should have:
BS in Engineering or related field
Two years of Project Engineering or Project Management experience
Strong organizational, management and computer skills
Ability to work closely with customers and project team members
Willingness to put in extra hours to complete projects on schedule
Ability to manage multiple projects
Self-motivation and leadership qualities

Electrical Engineer

Position: Full-Time

Responsibilities Include:
Generation of electrical schematics & control panel drawings
Specification of equipment for procurement
Review of system drawings created by the Design Department
Coordination of project budgeting, scheduling, engineering, design, fabrication, and testing.
Working closely with Project Managers, Designers, Suppliers, Fabricators, and Customers
Engineers spend the majority of their time in-house, but are expected to travel as needed for project site activities.

BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
Strong organizational, management and computer skills
Ability to work closely with customers and project team members
Willingness to put in extra hours to complete projects on schedule
Ability to manage multiple projects

Mechanical Designer

Position: Full-Time

Responsibilities Include:
Generation of process diagrams, 3D system models and various construction drawings
Working closely with Project Engineers and Fabricators

Ideal Candidate should have:
Associate's Degree or higher in Mechanical Design
Experience designing sanitary piping fabrications
Experience with AutoCAD and Inventor 3D software
Willingness to put in extra hours to complete projects on schedule
Ability to work on multiple projects

Welder/Fabricator

Position: Full-Time

Responsibilities Include:
TIG welding stainless steel (20 Gauge through 7 Gauge)
Working under general supervision
Maintaining production standards
Assistance in other areas of production as needed

Ideal Candidate should have experience with:
Reading fabrication drawings
Working with structural materials
Working with Sheet Metal Layouts
Stainless Steel Grinding & Polishing

Electrical Technician

Position: Full-Time

Responsibilities Include:
Layout & wiring of control panels
installation of conduit & wiring on modular systems
Working under general supervision
Maintaining production standards
Assisting in other areas of production as needed

Ideal Candidate should have experience with:
Electrical system wiring
Reading electrical schematics
Testing & troubleshooting control systems
